Partners in Learning supports adults, children and families of diverse cultures and languages in their efforts to learn, earn and live well in Syracuse and Onondaga County. In the case of the Cuban doctors, OCM BOCES helped them enroll in phlebotomy classes because much of their paperwork had been left behind in Cuba, a situation that is forcing them to get re-training here in the United States. For more information about community partnerships, please give us a call at 315-453-4455.
